Fronted by the fine vocals of Faribault's Barb Piper, this relatively new local group performs rock, blues, covers, and originals and were recently featured at the Ribs for a Reason fundraiser.


2:45 - Jade Murphy Band

The lead guitarist for the popular Dazy Head Mazy ventures out on his own with a new band of seasoned musicians and a nice sound that's sure to get you rocking!


3:30 - THE APRIL VERCH BAND

Canadian songstress and national fiddling champion, April Verch presents a beguiling blend of country, folk, jazz, old-time, bluegrass, roots music, and stepdancing woven together with precision and intensity.



4:30 - City Mouse

Recently inducted into the Minnesota Rock & Country Hall of Fame, City Mouse has been pleasing audiences in the Upper Midwest for over thirty years with their own musical blend of country, bluegrass, country-rock, blues, and five-part a cappella vocals.



5:30 - Vertigo Joe

With their great three part vocals and high energy, Vertigo Joe plays a wide variety of music from Rock to Pop, Funk to Punk and everything in between. Combine that with their own originals and music fans have a great time!


6:30 - Paul Mayasich & Benderheads

Blues-based jam band from the Twin Cities. Think Little Feat meets Allman Brothers meets Hendrix and you will find Benderheads somewhere in the middle. Bring your dancin' shoes!


7:30 - LAMONT CRANSTON BAND

Come on down to the Upper Mississippi Shakedown! This crowd-pleasing Minneapolis-based band has been belting out the blues since 1969 with Pat "Lamont" Hayes upfront on the harmonica, guitar and lead vocals. With their induction into the Minnesota Music Hall of fame and many other awards, these blues pioneers are a Minnesota music legend!



9:00 - NEW PRIMITIVES

While the New Primitives have consistently won the Minnesota Music Awards for Best Reggae Band, their music spans a many styles. With rich percussion and masterful guitar, the band brings the high energy of World Dance Music, Ska, Reggae and Calypso to new audiences.
